By downloading, installing, or using the Snoozi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Parent/Guardian Requirement: This App is intended for use by adults (parents/guardians) to create content for children. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
📱 Description of Service
Snoozi is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized bedtime stories and illustrations for children. The service includes:
- AI-powered story generation based on user-provided topics
- AI-generated illustrations for stories
- Story library for saving and organizing created content
- In-app purchases for credits to create stories
👤 Account Registration
To use Snoozi, you must:
- Sign in with a valid Google account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
💳 In-App Purchases & Credits
Snoozi uses a credit system for story generation:
- 50 Credits - 12.99 PLN
- 250 Credits - 44.99 PLN
- 500 Credits - 64.99 PLN
Important terms:
- Each story creation costs 50 credits
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Credits do not expire
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
- Prices are subject to change with notice
No Refunds: Due to the consumable nature of credits and immediate delivery of AI-generated content, all purchases are final. For billing issues, contact Apple Support.
🤖 AI-Generated Content
Content created by Snoozi is generated using artificial intelligence. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated content may not be perfect or exactly as expected
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results
- Content is generated for personal, non-commercial use
- We filter content to be child-appropriate, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
- You should review all content before sharing with children
📜 Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Snoozi to:
- Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to bypass content safety filters
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
- Reverse engineer or copy the App or its technology
- Share your account credentials with others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our Property: The Snoozi app, brand, logo, and underlying technology are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: Stories generated using your inputs belong to you for personal use. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.
Restrictions: You may not:
- Sell or commercially distribute generated stories without permission
- Claim AI-generated illustrations as your original artwork
- Use generated content in ways that violate third-party rights

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- That AI-generated content will meet your expectations
🛡️ Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for content generated by the AI system
- We are not liable for third-party services (Apple, Google)
🔄 Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
- Change pricing with reasonable notice
- Terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Update these Terms with notice to users
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but these Terms survive where applicable.
👨👩👧 Children's Use
Snoozi creates content FOR children but is operated BY adults:
- Children under 13 should not create accounts
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children's use
- Parents should review generated content before sharing with children
- We comply with COPPA and similar regulations
⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland
EU residents may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
📝 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or email.
🍎 Apple-Specific Terms
As this App is distributed through the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
- Apple is not responsible for any claims related to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
